AMWA Student Champion Checklist

• Complete an on-line module
• Take a knowledge assessment quiz
• Sign up and join the Cervical Cancer Taskforce 
• Promote a Social Media Campaign
• Post hard copy fliers in strategic locations to promote awareness (flier attached to module)
• Host an information session or to increase awareness about HPV and cervical cancer prevention and screening.
• Participate in a tabling event on campus or at a local meeting using provided materials (flier, pamphlet, etc) 
• Promote stickers (or digital graphics) that promote awareness.
• Make/write a post/story/op-ed/PSA video that you share on social media, newsletters, websites, or blogs -  about the experience of being an AMWA student champion. (op-ed instructions attached to module)
• Look to see if there are state or federal bills which pertain to the issue and write a letter to your local representative and encourage friends and colleagues to do the same.
• Reach out to 10 physicians who work on this issue and invite them to join AMWA’s efforts (AMWA to provide script)
• Complete worksheet and reflect on how the program has impacted your knowledge and awareness about cervical cancer. Send the feedback to AMWA for use in promotional materials.
