FAQ

Do I need to attend module sessions on all 3 dates?

• No. The same material will be presented on all 3 dates in a month, you have the flexibility to attend any of the 3 dates that best suit your schedule. 

If I regularly attend the session on a certain day, can I attend a session on a different day instead due to a schedule conflict? 

• Yes. You are welcome to attend any of the 3 dates. All we ask is you arrive on time to allow the presenting coach to begin on time. 

What do I do if I miss a session?

• If you miss any session, including orientation, you can view the session recording to listen in on the module coaching and group exercises and discussions. These will be posted in the LMS in the days after the final date that each module is presented.
• Of course, you will get the most out of this experience by attending live to engage in discourse and exchange experiences and thoughts, so we heavily encourage attending all modules live. However, we do understand how busy residency and fellowship can be, so we give some leeway; to earn the certificate you must attend a minimum of 6 sessions live. 

What is the difference between post-module reflection questions and the post-module assessments? 

• The reflection questions allow for your personal self-reflection on the module content while the assessments are more of a survey for you to submit online after each module to provide feedback to the presenting coach and program directors with your thoughts on the module content and delivery.
